• Insufficient drying of the material, the moisture content of the material is not higher than 0.02%, and the drying condition is 110°C for 4 hours.
• If the moulding temperature of the material is too high, the recommended moulding temperature is 240-270℃, because this type of material is usually a high-fluidity, low-molecular-weight PC material, and too high a temperature will cause the material to turn yellow.
• The temperature control of the material pipe of the machine is abnormal and does not match the actual situation. It is recommended to measure the temperature actually
• Check whether the screw and screw head three-piece set is worn or not, the worn parts are likely to cause the material to be sheared and overheated during the screw feeding process to degrade and yellow

The end of the light guide is yellow

• The structural design defects of the light guide are mainly caused by the weakening of the end light. The abnormality is caused by the unreasonable light reflection and refraction angle of the light guide. In this part, it is recommended to use professional optical simulation software to confirm the product structure
• The injection moulding production cycle is too long, causing material degradation. It is recommended to control the residence time of the material in the screw for more than 6 minutes.

The light guide bar is foggy and has poor permeability

• The mould temperature is low, it is recommended that the mould temperature be controlled at 100-120℃
